“Breathing is much more than simply taking in oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide; it is a subtle and continuous interplay between body and mind.” (the breathwork movement)
1. BREATH living sessions: individual and duo
I offer individual sessions in my breathing studio, in person (not online). A session lasts about two hours, during which we practice 45 minutes of connected breathing to loud music. Each session is unique and completely tailored to your specific needs.
There's a comprehensive consultation beforehand, and there's also time for feedback after the breathing exercises. I'll explain everything in detail during the first session.
I work with Transformational Breath®, pure and simple. These are deeply transformative, self-healing sessions that bring to the surface what's ready to be released, bringing you health, freedom, and space.
As an introduction, it's a good idea to schedule three sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart (your choice). The more sessions you do, the easier your breathing will become and the deeper you can delve into the subject.
After the 3 sessions, we will determine together, based on your needs, the duration and intensity of the (possible) follow-up.
You can then opt for group sessions or a deep dive seminar.
You can of course also choose to do 1 individual session, you decide that yourself.
Transformational Breath® is a powerful process: we combine breath with sound and movement. No words are needed, just air. We use connected (without pauses) diaphragmatic breathing, accompanied by stimulating music, and with a guided conversation before and afterward. I combine my psychological coaching skills with this beautiful breathwork technique.
I will remain close to you throughout the entire session.
Curious? You should be. I welcome you with open arms to this Living Session!
When booking your first appointment, please also schedule the next two sessions right away.
