Transformational Breath® (born in 1975!) is one of the largest, most experienced, well-established, and fastest-growing breathwork schools. The school is recognized by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). Its curriculum meets the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and training worldwide.

 

The training combines theory, practice, and a personal journey of self-development. The extensive practice and engaging with your own process will ensure you become a professional and high-quality breathwork coach, because you'll work based on both theory and self-awareness.

 

Breathwork is an intimate exercise that puts you in close contact with your emotions and intuition.

 

By working on your own personal transformation first, you can develop the skills and awareness needed to create a safe and supportive space for others.

 

That is why the training starts with the Transformational Breath® Seminar. These 6 days cover levels 1, 2 and 3 of the training, also known as the personal levels.

 

Level 4 marks the official beginning of the professional journey. During this 14-day training, you'll acquire the skills necessary to become a Transformational Breath® Coach.

The 2 weeks are divided into 4A (7 days) and 4B (7 days).

You will learn all the theory and practice required to deliver individual sessions with integrity.

 

After completing Level 4, you have one year to complete the certification requirements: an intensive package of practice (leading individual sessions, number studies, self-sessions, leading seminars, and a training week), guided by your own mentor.

Through classroom training, practical hours, personal study hours, workshops, exams and your internship, you will complete an officially recognized 500-hour program.

 

Upon completion, you will be fully qualified to provide individual breathwork sessions as a Certified Transformational Breath® Coach/Facilitator.

 

This will give you a solid foundation for a wonderful breathwork practice.
